Open Signal is Portland’s nonprofit community media center. Our mission is to nurture the change-making
power of community media in service of a just and equitable world. We provide local creators with free and
low-cost media education, access to video production equipment, and studio space. With the support of our
community, we’re able to work one-on-one with Portlanders to bring new art, stories, and content from your
neighborhoods to the world.
